provides the model for a new generation of aviators.
The ownership of the company is divided amongst 6 Managing Partners.
Manfred is the founder of groWING.aero and the driving power of its successful development. Based on his experience as general manager in the maintenance repair-, overhaul- as well as aviation design-industry he has vast experience in complex project management, aircraft maintenance and engineering.
Patrik joined groWING.aero in 2007 adding value with his extensive knowhow in aviation management and process engineering. As engineer and asset management expert he is looking after aircraft in terms of value and condition. Today he is focusing on consulting and the administration of groWING.aero.
Valeriu Jr. is a founding member of groWING Europe, he has business administration background and is in charge of quality management, compliance and corporate governance.

Valeriu Senior is a founding member of groWING Europe, he was involved in the aviation industry for over seventeen years, where he has held various senior management positions lasting from legal affairs over fleet management to maintenance.

Randolph joined groWING.aero in 2020 in the role of Head of Design. He has an engineering background and holds a doctorate in stress engineering. He has vast experience in design engineering and complex project management.
OLADIMEJI OLUKOLU

Oladimeji joined groWING.aero in 2020. He brings an engineering background as Certification Verification Engineer to the team. In his role as client success partner, he builds the interface between aircraft owners, manufacturers and operators.
