We are an agile, credible and interactive organization that
provides the model for a new generation of aviators.
The management of the company is divided amongst 3 Managing Partners.
Stephan WOODTLI joined groWING.aero in 2022 having the most experience in aviation amongst the partners. He was involved in maintenance as well as design and production with several entities, where he held various senior management positions lasting from head of division to site and general manager.
Urs BLUMER joined groWING.aero in 2023 adding value with his extensive knowhow in aviation management and flight operations. As pilot and safety/security management expert he is looking after operations in terms of compliance and risk management. Today he is focusing on consulting and the administration of groWING.aero.
Manfred BRUNNER is the founder of groWING.aero and the driving power of its successful development. Based on his experience as general manager in the maintenance repair-, overhaul- as well as aviation design-industry he has vast experience in complex project management, aircraft maintenance and engineering.
